Job Description

Health and Well-being Coordinator

  • £15 - £17 PAYE
  • Role to last 2 approx. months
  • 4 days per week, would consider 3 days.
  • Remote working
SummaryThe Health and Well-being Coordinator plays a key role in delivering the Clients Health and Well-being goals. This crucial role provides necessary H&W data to the business, and coordinates and supports the activity of 4 Senior Occupational Health Practitioners.The role sits within the UK H&W Team and reports to the Associate H&W Manager.The role.
  • Completion of periodic Summary of hours on first day of each period for period past. Reports generated via Citrix system & Interflex. 2 types of reports are generated Detailed & Standard each for various sites / personnel groups.
  • Completion of Sickness Absence reports weekly in Interflex.
  • Update absence tracker
  • For Legacy Associates pre-2018, manage LTS process:
  • For Associates joining Post 2018, complete sickness absence actions including Unum Income protection claim process.
  • Manage PO and payment processes for Occupational Health suppliers in Ariba.
  • In Cohort, team support & manage in-box. Referral rerouting to team & tracking referral numbers. Inputting Fit notes/ RTW forms to associates Cohort registrations. Superuser access - problem solve for users relating to passwords, user-names, how to usesystem etc.
  • Book site first aid courses at WAL/WPSI.
  • Action payment requests for site gyms with Payroll, liaise with site trainers, record new members & joining details on master excel sheet
  • Update OH team Share Point page with various health events/campaigns via UNUM/Lifeworks/NHS etc.
  • Manage OH in-box reply to various questions to Occupational Health. Relating to LTS/WPA healthcare scheme/ referrals/ fit notes and RTW forms.
  • Biannual DSE assessments & regular DSE assessments, follow up refer to relevant support as and when assessment requires. Support for DSE Project
  • Where appropriate, add forms to Associates medical files on Cohort. Or store on-site. Locate Fit Notes & RTW forms for LMs/ AR if required
  • Medical file storage - Provide copies of medical notes for claims if required,
  • Action leavers, Access leavers files, request associates files from sites, split into notes & medical notes for storage list destruction dates and arrange for storage with Office services.
  • Ad-hoc reports as and when team need them & projects when required
  • Ad-hoc health enquiries
About you.
  • Some experience in the health sector is helpful but not essential.
  • You will need good admin skills and experience.
  • Key skills, order and accuracy. May suit someone who has been a PA or worked in some kind of co-coordinator role.
