Job Description

Voids SupervisorEast Midlands (Could be based in Derby, Nottingham, Leicestershire or Northamptonshire)6 months temporary£Negotiable 20-25 UmbAre you a hands on Trades Supervisor Have you directly managed trades staff including Carpenters and Plumbers to complete works in domestic propertiesA client in the East Midlands is looking for a Voids Supervisor to assist on a 6 month temporary basis, with the chance of extension.Duties of the Voids Maintenance Supervisor include:

  • Managing a team of around 5-7 Property Services Engineers to deliver service requirements, including planning workloads
  • Ensuring that properties are repaired to the companies lettable standard and returned to the lettings team ready to let in the shortest time possible
  • Conducting pre and post inspections
  • Monitoring and directly controlling the use of other resources including materials, plant, vehicles, hand held devices etc
  • Operating and maintaining safety management systems in accordance with the requirements of companies Health & Safety policies
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Management of Trades staff
  • Full driving licence (Van can be provided)
