Job Description

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a great child care residential home based near Melton Mowbray who are recruiting for a Residential Support Worker to support pupils with autism.The Residential home is also connected to a school, which is OFSTED outstanding, they have got secure parking. The staff within the school are supportive and pride them-self in doing everything they can to support their pupils and staff, the Senior LeadershipTeam are forward thinking and listen to their staff and do whats right for their school.To be considered for the role you will need- minimum of 3 months experience a in school or residential setting- Understanding of autism- Be able to adapt to different environments.The hours are 7am - 4pm or 12.30 - 9pm, there are also additional shifts to pick up overtime including shorter shifts and sleep-in.The care home and school will offer you-Great Continuous CPD-Mentoring-Key Worker Responsibilities-Varied shift pattern-Flexible working hours-Excellent rates of payTo find out more about the role or to be considered please contact Dominic on /By registering with Tradewind, we can offer you:
