Job Description

NDEA - Energy AssessorRef:BM080My client My client is an energy assessment organization who pride themselves in providing services for sustainable construction and energy efficient buildings. My client is looking to recruit a Non Domestic Energy Assessor to report to their offices inMelton Mowbray.Requirements for the NDEA role include:

  • Relevant experience with carrying out energy assessments but training can be provided
  • Have a NDEA accreditation
  • Experience in modelling using Design Builder
  • Being able to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passionate and ambitious to progress to other areas such as ESOS, Retrofit Assessments, and Non-domestic Level 5
Responsibilities of the NDEA role include:
  • Carrying out non-domestic EPCs via SBEM and Design Building modelling software
  • Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
  • Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
  • Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency
