Job Title: HR Administrator Contract: Full time, Permanent (Office Based) Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Start Date: ASAP - Happy to work around notice periodsThe Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a growing manufacturing business, who are currently looking to grow their Human Resources department by adding an experienced HR Assistant / HR Administrator to join their fun and vibrantteam, based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. As a HR Administrator, you will report directly into and work closely alongside the HR Manager with all HR responsibilities. Daily responsibilities could include: - Managing the recruitment and onboarding process of new starters. - Maintain an accurately updated system with all employee and compliance records. - Liaising with the senior stakeholder/management team to provide advice and support around general enquiries and employee relations. - Ensuring all tasks are completed following company and GDPR guidelines. - Ensuring all employee probationary reviews are managed fairly. Completing documentation for successful completion, as well as outlining reasons for extensions. - Taking ownership whilst working on HR related projects, ensuring that these are completed within set timeframes. - Ensure all internal policies and procedures are maintained updated and within guidelines. - Handling a shared HR inbox with any internal queries. - Reporting on absence management and working with line managers to investigate where required. The successful candidate for the HR Administration post, will ideally have experience within a similar role as listed above, and be looking to take your HR career to the next level within a more generalist role. It is essential that you are able to build effectiverelationships within a business at all levels and are a supportive and caring individual. We are looking for somebody who can work on their own initiative, take ownership within their role and also come up with new and creative ways of working. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, however, this is not essential as training and assistance will be provided to the successful candidate.
