If you’re the Groundwork Team leader our client is looking for, you will be…

    • You would be extremely motivated, and described as being, intelligent, assertive, mature and a great team leader.Key Roles & Responsibilities:You would be responsible for several roles within the company:
  • Working to help your team to achieve goals
  • Setting daily targets and keeping to work progress schedules
  • Following Risk and Method statements
  • Work to achieve high-quality work
  • You’ll be good at finding solutions, you’ll be committed and positive with an attention to detail and pride in your work that will set you apart from the rest
    • You’ll apply skills already gained in previous employment in a similar role, you will carry out toolbox talks and ensure company rules are maintained. As well as have experience in concreting, drainage, operating of 360 diggers, and all-round groundwork skills.Here are some great reasons to work for them….
