Aspire People are recruiting for Fully/Newly Qualified and Early careers Primary Classroom/Intervention teachers for a trust with schools spread across Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas. The trust is an elite trust wanting to recruit a pool of candidatesfor various opportunities such as, daily supply, short/long term, and permanent roles from specialising in EYFS - KS2.The schools all vary in size from 1 form entry to three form entry setting, offering a strong and supportive team.The schools have a warm, friendly, and inviting environment for their staff and students to learn and grow.A few of the schools are situated in the hearty of Melton Mowbray and other are in the surrounding villages.We are helping to recruit for Fully/Newly Qualified and Early careers Primary Classroom/Intervention teachers that are strong and experienced with solid knowledge of the national curriculum from EYFS - KS2. The successful candidate must be passionate abouthelping schools help the children get back up to speed from the backlash of COVID. Therefore the candidates need to be reliable and offer consistency.The Fully/Newly Qualified and Early careers Primary Classroom/Intervention teachers must have strong behaviour management and presence in the classroom with a passion for education and wanting to make a difference. In addition, the successful candidate mustbe able to think on their feet, be flexible and adaptable to the changing environment that supply offers.
