They are now recruiting for 6/10 Operators to join their Production team. All Operators who work take health and safety seriously and are encouraged to suggest improvements to production processes that deliver the high quality products and services that we provide to our customers.As an Operator you could be melting, moulding or finishing our products.We have vacancies across all of these areas:In Melting - youll assist in creating molten iron, youll operate the pouring machine and work closely with our laboratory to make sure the iron is of high qualityIn Moulding - here youll check the quality of the moulds that the iron has been poured into, operate the moulding machine and assist in running our sand plantIn Finishing - here youll assemble our products and use hand tools to finish them to a high standard so your attention to detail will be second to none to ensure only the best quality products reach our customers.But thats not all youll be doing. Team work is essential when working as an Operator-you will be required to work closely with other operators to make sure the job gets done, and it gets done right.If you have worked in a foundry or undertaken fettling/de burring/Grinding and finsihing of engineering parts to take off sharp edges i want to hear from youDays and Nights rotating weekly Monday -thursday 6am -4pm -then nights monday -thursday 4 nights 40 hrsExcellent opportunity to join this busy company and potential for a great career
