Premier Recruitment is working on behalf of prestigious client who is looking for dynamic and driven Director of Clinical Services needed for market leading company. This is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team and learn and develop many new skills.Our client site is a 50 bedded inpatient rehabilitation service for men and women, which provides specialist neuro-behavioural rehabilitation for people with an acquired brain injury, including traumatic brain injury and stroke or a progressive neurological conditions displaying co-existing neuropsychiatric conditions and challenging behaviour.A variety of care pathways are available, including acute and longer-term neurobehavioural rehabilitation and person-centred care, emphasising the least restrictive setting.The multi-disciplinary team includes psychology, nursing, occupational therapy, speech & language therapy, physiotherapy, social workers and medical.Our client site is a member of the Independent Neurorehabilitation Providers Alliance (INPA).Our client employs the full multidisciplinary range of services to provide rehabilitation and/or stabilisation of mood and behaviour. We provide individual treatment programmes with time-lined goals and objectives to support the resident to achieve optimum rehabilitation or behaviour stabilisation, to achieve their potential and to work towards successful, sustainable discharge.The role
