(Contracts Manager - Interior) - Position Overview Our client are Interior Fit-out and Refurbishment specialists that work with individual clients, companies and building surveyors - offering full turnkey packages. Whether thats office, retail, educational and commercial fit outs, dilapidation, strategicspace planning, project management, office furniture and commercial and industrial warehouse product.Our client specialise in services such as:

  • Dilapidation
  • Office Partitioning
  • Suspended Ceilings
  • Floor Coverings
  • Mezzanine Floors
  • Decorations
  • Bespoke Joinery
  • Furniture & Products
  • Building Works
  • M&E Installations
  • Shelving & Racking
  • And Handling & Storage
(Contracts Manager - Interior) - Position Requirements Must have experience in:
  • Experience working in Interiors.
  • Experience in either Commercial, Industrial, Office and/ or Retail (the more experience the better)
  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Available to drive to site/s 1 day a week to oversee current projects.
(Contracts Manager - Interior) - Position Remuneration
  • 4 days a week in the Office - 1 day a week on site/s
  • 40,000 - 45,000 + Car Allowance
