The company are in an exciting time of growth in which they are expanding the telecoms and solar sectorsworking on projects such as 5G rollout for mobile network providers and EV charging ports for BBC. Now they are looking to expand their rooftop team who specialise in installation of steel products for telecoms clients with a Build Manager.In this role you will be both site and office based with national travel required. You will be the gap between the team project manager and the site based teams ensuring continuous communication and delivery of projects to a high quality. You will overseeand ensure H&S and RAMS are adhered to onsite, oversee inspections and work with inspectors to improve the process, ensure all equipment and materials are on site, co-ordinate and regulate subcontractors, ensure a construction phase plan is in place and followed,track progress on site to ensure delivery within project and client scope, give toolbox talks, work with on site staff to resolve issues and suggest improvements to working process and conditions and ensure all information for project handover is completedand accessible. You will predominantly be based with the rooftop team but will also be working with the solar team.This role would suit someone from either a civils, steel, telecoms or construction background with an understanding of on site processes and procedures, H&S understanding and the ability to help organise and co-ordinate installation projects. This role providesa lot of autonomy and the chance for you to make it your own within the business to help the team streamline their projects whilst ensuring they reach a high quality.
