Job Description

Bar ManagerLocation: Melton MowbraySalary: CompetitiveContract: PermanentHours: Full time (39 hours per week including weekends)If youre a brilliant Bar Manager bursting with bar-knowledge and looking for a new job in Melton Mowbray, then our client wants to hear from you! They are seeking a full-time Bar Manager, and the role comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.Your main duties will be as follows:

  • Assume full responsibility for three Bars in respect of operation, personnel and in delivering a warm, professional anticipatory service
  • Lead the team by example
  • Support all bar staff to exceed expectations
  • Motivate and encourage development within the bars team
  • Make and serve hot and cold drinks, smoothies and juices
To apply for this role youll need experience in managing bars and people. Youll also require:
  • The ability to remain customer-focused whilst attending to the needs of the staff
  • Experience of supervising a team within a customer service environment
