Job Description

Administrator - Waltham on the Wolds Pay and Hours of work:

  • Immediate start available!
  • Hours per week - 20 hours - Flexible to cover holidays if required
  • Contract - Part Time
  • Rate of Pay - £11ph.
  • Shift Pattern - Mon to Friday - 09:00am to 13.00pm
Immediate start.We are looking for someone to join our team working at our client site in Waltham on the Wolds, and Melton Mowbray at a well known manufacturer of dog and cat food, to co-ordinate the smooth operations of the staff sales across the Client account and supporton site at Melton as and when required. You will be based at Waltham office Monday to Friday 9-1, but will be required to go to the Melton Mowbray site to cover absences/holidays or help the sales team as and when needed. Meaning having your own transportis essential.The position will be working Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm - Please note, this is NOT a remote position.You will be need to be flexible and able to work well with others to offer support within a team culture, and towards client personnel. Physically fit and able to perform the tasks is an essential part of the role due to the nature of the job, as well asbeing organised and computer literate.Benefits:

The responsibilities of the role include
  • Booking stock on to relevant platform
  • Re-order of stock when required.
  • End of period stock take
  • Assembling the stock and maintain the stock levels.
  • Collate orders from other sites.
  • Weekly price checks
  • Product supply ordering - checking expiry dates.
  • Click and collect for Waltham
  • Support the ordering of stock for Waltham and arrange delivery.
  • Support the operation of the staff shop at Melton.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by the Deputy General Site Manager in order to meet the operational requirements of the business.
Requirements:
  • Great Customer Facing Skills
  • Computer Literate in Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Basic numeracy / literacy skills
  • Excellent Time management
  • Flexibility
