Job Description

Days/Nights availableEXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR FREE TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS AND CAREER PROGRESSIONWe looking to employ a number of Support workers to work with Children with Autism and other learning disabilities.This role will be challenging but an amazing and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. Any previous experience as a support worker or a similar role would be very beneficial but it is not essential. We would be interested in discussing the rolewith anyone who is enthusiastic, has a can do attitude and is looking for opportunity to develop new skills or further their career.If you do not already have a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, but believe this role is right for you, then our client will provide the support (and cover the costs) for you to achieve this; and will continue to support your development throughoutyour career with us with pay rises to match your progression.Qualifications/Experience;

  • Willingness to work towards achieving a Level 3 Diploma HSC (funded by our client)
  • A robust, positive and creative approach in meeting the needs of children and young adults.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team work skills.
  • High levels of resilience and patience
  • The ability to follow personal care routines
  • The ability to work within a rota pattern that typically requires working every other weekend. Occasional night shift maybe required.
