Job Description

TA Partner Based in south Cambridgeshire Salary negotiableHybrid working 2/3 days a week split home / office Are you a talented TA Partner who enjoys sourcing high calibre talent Are you passionate about developing recruitment processes, systems and enhancing the employee journey We are recruiting a TA Partner for a R&D Manufacturing business within the life sciences sector. The role reports to the HR Director and forms part of a small and proactive HR team. You will be the stand alone recruiter for this business with the support of your HR team however you will be hands on in your approach as this is a 360 recruiter role.This is not just a recrutier role, the client is looking for someone who can add value to the recruitment journey and set up their internal recruitment function.The role will include

  • Partnering with hiring managers to finalise job descriptions and post adverts
  • Sourcing candidates directly (as much as possible) and building a pipeline of talent for the business
  • Managing the recruitment agency relationships
  • Managing applications through their recruitment ATS
  • Screening applicants, carrying out interviews, organising all interview stages and providing timely feedback
  • Arranging offer paperwork, right to work checks, start dates and references
  • Collaborating with line managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Providing recruitment training for hiring managers where necessary
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to promote their employer brand
  • Managing the Glassdoor account
  • Providing recruitment reports for senior leadership team
  • Analysing applicant data to monitor our effectiveness of attracting high quality and diverse candidates
  • Responsibility for the recruitment budget spend
  • Being the point of contact for STEM activities, relationships with universities and career fares
  • Recruitment related projects, initiatives, policies and procedures
About youYou will have experience of recruiting within the life sciences or tech sector, this will include managing a portfolio of different vacancies from engineers to scientists to sales.Your passion for recruitment will be infectious as well your ability to enhance the candidate experience.
