Inventory ControllerSouth Cambridgeshire£30k - £36k (dep on exp) + bonuses and an excellent benefits package!A fantastic opportunity for an Inventory Controller has arisen at a Cambridge based cutting edge leading product development company whose innovative technology is reshaping the medical, life science, environmental and industrial sectors.The Inventory Controller will be responsible for all aspects of the stock room and inventory maintenance, including purchasing and goods receipt, and kitting/receiving materials to/from Production. You will coordinate with internal and suppliers to ensure thatthe company can meet its targets, ultimately enabling us to deliver on our promise of excellent service to customers.The Inventory Controller position would suit someone with a high attention for detail and process, who is self-motivated who can work within a small and dynamic team or independently. You will be responsible for both goods-in & out, kitting materials and dispensingitems/materials to the production team, purchasing and receipt of raw materials, processing scrappage whilst continuously updating the ERP system and more!This is truly and excellent opportunity for someone to utilise their excellent stock/inventory control experience whilst gaining further skills and experience; speaking to suppliers and internal teams to ensure the production has all its materials and stockfor continuous supply.The Inventory Controller will need the following skills and experience:* Experience in a manufacturing environment* Recent and relevant experience within a stock/inventory control position dealing with purchasing, kitting and fulfilment.* Experience with ERP/MRP systems* Computer literacy (MS Office)Sound like you or someone you knowIf so, please do not hesitate to get in contact with Darren Holmes at Vector Recruitment Ltd on or
