Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice within our office/reception. This role will provide general admin and office facility support within our Head Office in Glasgow.Working within our HR team and our internal support ensuring individual gets an overall learning experience, Facilities, internal IT support and our Glasgow Reception area.This is a great opportunity to get an overview of how an IT company works and the support we need to put in place giving you a foundation of knowledge to progress your career into HR or IT as you develop and grow.Learning and working at the same time towards a recognised qualification whilst gaining key valuable skills that will develop your career.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Reception cover as and when required
  • Preparation internal IT equipment for dispatch, laptops, mobiles, keyboards etc.
  • Supporting our IT internal support team on administration tasks
  • Ensuring all equipment is ordered and delivered in time
  • Facilities assistance, when required
  • Handling incoming requests and outgoing mail
  • Greeting visitors
Required Skills:
  • Customer focused and professional
  • Experience in a similar role helpful but not essential
  • A thirst to learn and develop themselves
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate and reliable individual
  • Attention to detail with positive outlook
  • Ability to work well within a small team
  • Highly organised individual
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS office
