Due to continuous expansion a Leicestershire based M&E contractor are looking for an Electrical Project Manager. They are offering a generous package which includes a Tesla company car and installation of charging stations.The position would suit a well-rounded Electrical Project Manager who is capable of delivering projects from concept to completion with involvement in design/estimating, procurement, health & safety, progress reporting, quantity surveying, on site delivery and final project handover.Project values typically range from £100,000 - £1M and will consist of Hospitals, Schools and other across the Commercial and Industrial sectors.As Electrical Project Manager you will:• Work closely with the team of Bid & Project Managers and co-ordinate the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of projects ensuring compliant installations to maximise potential growth opportunities.• Estimate the electrical element of tenders.• Input data into Cypher estimation software.• Attend site walk throughs to cross reference drawings to identify proactive solutions and avoid potential site interferences where required.• Site management.• Procurement of labour & materials.• Risk assessment & health and safety.• Liaise with client on variations and Claims.To be considered for this Electrical Project Manager role:• Electrical Contracting Background essential.• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.• Health & Safety (IOSH Accreditation).• Management of design phase.• Experience delivering electrical projects to a variety of sectors.• Be able to manage your own workload and work well under pressure.What youll get in return:• £45,000 - £50,000 Salary.• Company Vehicle - (TESLA + installation of EV charging)• 22 days holiday + Stats.• Private Health Care.• Bonus Structure.• Pension Scheme.• Laptop.To apply for this role please attach your latest CV to Jack @ niyaapeople . co . uk.
