Our client has a brand new opportunity for a Trainee Sales Office Administratortojoin their busy office environmentin MarketHarborough.Working within this successful family run business your duties will be:Scanning/document preparation - prepare documents for export orders & technical production data to send to customers. Managing petty cash & vending machine money Purchasing of stationary, cleaning supplies and all ad-hoc company purchases. Maintaining the purchasing log for raw materials and finished goods for resale - e.g. logging, updating and chasing orders. Answering the phone All filing and archivingDaily checking of Works orders that have been booked in (cover for Production administrator)Longer term you will become fully trained on all aspects of this busySales and Commercial office.This is an excellent career opportunity for bright, switched oncandidate who is taking their1stor 2nd step on the career ladder.
