Fantastic opportunity to join an established business who offer a lovely working environment and good prospects.Main tasks/responsibilities (including but not limited to):- Daily Communication with clients, bank’s and other parties as main point of contact by either email, phone, zoom, Microsoft teams.- The review of Sales Contracts and clauses pertinent to the underlying trade related transaction and whereby payment terms are designed & agreed to meet the buyers and seller’s needs.- Providing advice & guidance to enable workable payment terms and writing payment terms setting out the requirements for the opening a letter of credit. - Assessments of the formally issued bank payment instruments & suggesting amendments to the terms if necessary.- A liaison with third parties, including government bodies, freight forwarders, inspection companies and agents, regarding international shipments and related matters.- Obtaining relevant information for the preparation of internationally accepted export documents called for by the underlying contract and the payment instrument. Such as a Letter of credit or any other form of payment.- Arranging certified/legalised documents with local Chamber and Embassies (including Certificate of Origin, EUR1, ATR) where required.- Presenting export shipping documentation to UK banks for payment, monitoring & status of to ensure payment is made promptly to the exporting company.Skills Required:
