They have 80,000 clients including Sole Traders, Partnerships, Limited Companies and Personal Taxpayers.The RoleExciting opportunity for an ambitious, aspiring accountant.The company is expanding at its shop in Market Harborough and are looking for a driven and ambitious Trainee Accountant to be involved with the continued growth of the new office.This role is a little different from that of a traditional accountant; from the very start your focus will be on building relationships with local owner managed businesses and taxpayers. You will be involved with the acquisition of clients, bringing themon board, educating them in the use of cloud accounting software, ensuring assignments are delivered to a very high standard and ensuring that clients receive the right advice at the right time. An entrepreneurial spirit is required, and so this may not bethe ideal role if you wish to spend your days reconciling bank statements and calculating depreciation!You will benefit from an intensive training programme which will provide a great foundation to enable you to hit the ground running. The company have a two-year leadership program that will enable you to acquire the skills to reach the senior levels withinpractice.You will be encouraged to further your formal accountancy studies and to gain a recognised qualification.
