Job descriptionEnergy Sales Acquisition ConsultantNew and exciting job openings - The successful candidates will have recent customer service experience working within the energy industry.Due to incredible growth, my client is an award-winning company that provides an unrivalled service in a wide range of renewable technologies, including Solar PV and are installers of energy efficiency solutions such as EV Charging Points, Infrared Heatingand LED are looking for 4 Energy Sales Consultants to join their small and friendly team. The successful candidates will be driven, self-motivated and confident with a positive approach - as this is a busy sales led and target driven environment. The roleinvolves promoting products and services to generate new business, whilst also building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service. Full and continuous training will be given.Duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and understand the clients business needs
  • Identify and tailor solutions around the clients business needs
  • Building rapport and key relationships with clients
  • Promoting and closing on relevant products and services
  • Working towards and meeting weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
  • Identify areas of development within the company
  • Support team members as required
Experience and skills required:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience in working to targets and deadlines
  • Energy experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
  • GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English
  • Competent in Microsoft packages including - Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Work under pressure
  • Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.30 pm - 1-hour lunchBenefits: Uncapped Commissions, Top performer bonuses, KPI Bonuses, Extra holidays, Pension, Early finish on a Friday (via KPIs), Access to formal training (Certificates, NVQs, and Diplomas)Salary: £21k - £25k doe OTE, £30 - £70K+.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
