The Head Chef of this well run town hotel is seeking a Junior Sous Chef who can maintain the high standard of fresh food served in the fine dining restaurant that serves 1 AA rosette standard food. The hotel offers breakfast, has a finedining restaurant, a lighter bar menu, serves afternoon teas, Sunday lunches and has a thriving banqueting and conferencing department The kitchen is a good size and as junior Sous chef you you will be assisting in menu planning and leading a brigade of 7Chefs so good leadership skills are also required. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and progressive team of chefs.Requirements:This role would suit a very strong senior chef de partie seeking their first junior Sous chef role or a junior Sous Chef looking for a new challenge in their career.
