Job Description

Job Title: Internal Sales ExecutiveLocation: LE16Salary: £22,000 - £24,000/year base + Benefits (listed below) - Uncapped CommissionJob type: Monday to Thursday 8.30m - 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pmThe business has been serving the needs of the sealing industry for over 40 years, we have built a reputation for dealing with customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.All staff are trained with service to our customers as a priority ensuring out right first-time motto is seen to be the norm and not an aspiration. Listening to our customers and working with them to achieve a desired outcome both parties can have prosperousfutures.The RoleWe are seeking a Sales Executive. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, enjoy being part of a small team and have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge of word and excel would be a benefit.The area you will cover is untapped so has potential for high earnings.Key Requirements:

  • Build quality relationships.
  • Prepare product quotations in line with customer requirements
  • Source and convert quality potential customers
  • Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale
  • Follow and implement all procedures, legislative and regulatory rules
  • Effectively develop your sales area by proactively targeting market sectors.
  • Generating new enquires, converting existing projects into live orders.
  • Be the voice or our company, show a general interest in our products, act professionally at all times.
The Candidate:
  • Track record of delivering high levels of achievement
  • GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent
  • Strong customer service ethic with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided
  • Be a good team player and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with existing and new clients.
  • Ability to work in a structured way, independently and as a team member to achieve targets and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience of managing and nurturing relationships with potential customers
  • Experience of working alone and managing own diary
  • Confident telephone manner
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership and accountability of work
  • Resilience & patience to deal with difficult situations.
