Job Description

A great opportunity for an Interim Finance Director to work for a dynamic business during a sustained period of considerable growth. You will take full responsibility for leading the Corporate Finance Team and ensuring that all financial reporting and controlsare accurate, produced in a timely manner and contain insightful commentary. The finance function is currently undergoing a transformation from operating largely manual processes to better utilising the capability of an ERP solution and the interim financedirector will take the lead on this project.Key deliverables:

  • Leadership and management of the finance team;
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial performance across the Company;
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and reports for stakeholders;
  • Provide monthly reporting and commentary of financial results with insightful analysis;
  • Responsible for planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting;
  • Adherence to statutory reporting requirements;
  • Forecast, manage and control the companys working capital and cashflow;
  • Ensure appropriate financial controls, including comprehensive Balance Sheet reconciliations;
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts;
  • Proactively improve the accounting and automation process through developing the ERP system;
  • Appraise and update the Companys accounting policies;
  • Liaise with external auditors for filing of tax returns and statutory audits;
  • Member of the senior team cultivating a business partner relationship across the organisation;
  • Responsible for treasury including hedging, FX and cash management;
