Job Description

Are you looking for a role whereby you are making a real difference Pertemps are proud to be recruiting for a Equipment Coordinator.This will be a varied and rewarding role that provides administrative support to the Equipment Coordination Manager and the Purchasing / Logistics Department.Main duties of the role will include

  • Requesting quotations to suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Tracking and managing supplier quotations
  • Sourcing and filing manufacturers / suppliers information
  • Accompanying the Equipment Coordinator on supplier visits as necessary
  • Undertaking any other tasks / duties as reasonably required
You will ideally have experience of working in a purchasing role within the health caresector or associated medical organisations, liaising with suppliers and proven administrative experience which includes using excel to an intermediate level as a minimum.InterestedPlease click apply
