Job Description

Were delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client, a highly-regarded and successful company known for their commitment to producing quality products and delivering excellent service.The business proudly takes an entrepreneurial approach to identifying opportunities for development, and in doing so has built a successful and fast-growing ecommerce gifting brand.The successful candidate will become the first point of contact for customers, and will process orders and resolve incoming queries across a number of different sales channels.Were looking for a positive and helpful individual who enjoys taking a proactive approach to delivering outstanding customer service.As Customer Service Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurately processing customer orders
  • Handling queries from internal and external customers in an effective and timely manner
  • Providing customer service support to the colleagues throughout the business
  • Delivering swift solutions to customer issues and deliveries
  • Answering all external phone calls swiftly, confidently and in a timely manner
  • Processing Amazon orders through to collection using the Vendor Central System
  • Working with the warehouse and stock teams to ensure all stock available is sent, communicated to Amazon and deliveries correctly palletised and labelled on an ongoing twice weekly basis.
Were looking for a Customer Service Administrator with the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role involving administrative responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the Amazon Vendor Central dashboard and / or other web-based customer portals would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Demonstrates a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • IT Proficient, with a strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word (ideally vlookups and mail merges)
  • Learns and adapts to new systems and software quickly
  • Confident, professional and helpful telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, internal and external
Hours of work:
  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary and benefits:
  • £20,000 - £22,000
  • 25 days annual holiday + 8 bank holidays
