You will be highly efficient, flexible and ensure work meets our high service standards with both internal and external customers.Thermal Issues is a small manufacturing company based in Market Harborough, supplying clients across a wide range of industries including Telecomms, Aerospace, Automotive, Lighting and Power Supplies with components of thermal management and electrical isolation.With our background in design engineering, we understand the importance of bespoke solutions for thermal management. Following almost 30 years of experience in design, supply and thermal solutions for electronics, Neil Wilson founded Thermal Issues to offer a tailored, UK-based service that guarantees flexibility in response. He is now looking to expand his team and can offer a small friendly team the flexibility he looks for himself.Some of the areas that you will be responsible for include:- Credit control.- Running the purchase ledger.- Processing International Bank Transactions.- Update Cashflow forecast on a weekly basis- Weekly bank reconciliation.- Assist in the preparation of Management Accounts, VAT returns, Duty Deferments, Transitional Simplified Procedures and payroll.- Ensuring that company processes are used at all times, identify and report any gaps or inefficiencies which may be relevant to the role.The successful Accounts Administrator will have:- A good understanding of the Xero Accounting software- Have excellent client service in everything that they do.- Be highly competent with Microsoft office- Have great numerical skills- A can-do attitude with great attention to detail and a self starter.You may have a background of the following accounts administrator, finance administrator, financial administrator, financial administration, office manager, office administrator, etc.No terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of gender, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, religion, or belief, and we confirm that we will gladly accept all applications.
