At our core is a strong entrepreneurial spirit and any candidate that can bring new ideas, identify gaps and drive innovation will integrate well within the team.ResponsibilitiesSupporting multiple customers ranging from both Public and Private sectorsSupport, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and SQL solutionsSupport, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of VMWare and Hyper-V solutionsSupport, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Azure Cloud based solutionsSupport, Maintenance and Troubleshooting Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop solutionsSupport and define security configurations across a wide range of platformsDefine, test and apply operating system configuration specificationsMeasure and troubleshoot systems performance and securityOperating system and application troubleshootingCreation of operational support documentationCreation of environment Health Check’ documentationReview of Security toolingsSkills & ExperienceProven track record with troubleshooting and delivering an excellent service to key stakeholdersExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience in providing in-depth Infrastructure support to a growing client baseA strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and associated Microsoft technologiesExperience supporting Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop 7.x solutions in a highly available configurationExperience supporting and deploying Microsoft Azure and O365 solutionsGood knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services, StoreFront and NetScaler GatewayA good understanding of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix XenServerSolid experience of delivering and assessing security solutionsExcellent problem solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and implement change controlled changesBasic knowledge working within an ITIL frameworkPossess the ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environmentSkills & Experience (Advantageous) Familiarisation of Storage Area Networks and Fabric technologiesFamiliarisation of Network technologies (Routing, Switching and Firewalls)Good understanding of principles of ITIL Framework and Project ManagementExperience of reviewing platforms for security best practicesExperience utilising Nessus for vulnerability reviewsEssential CertificationsThe following certifications are mandatory for the roleCitrix Certified Professional for Virtualization; OrAZ 104/ AZ300/ AZ500 / MCITPThe following certifications are desirable:Citrix Certified Associate for NetworkingMicrosoft Azure Certification above AZ900VMware Certified Professional for Data Center VirtualizationSecurity Focused Certification Required skills
