We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mobile Elevating Platform Operator (MEWP) for an ongoing position as a Pollution Operative at Port Talbot Steelworks.Applicants must have previous experience of operating a MEWP in a heavy industrial environment, with the appropriate qualifications (IPAF 3A MEWP). Candidates will also need a current drivers licence, own transport and a CCNSG Site Safety Passport.This is a semi-skilled role for which full training will be provided. Desirable candidates will have basic mechanical experience, experience in the use of hand-tools as well as labouring and industrial cleaning duties.The role is based on a shift pattern of 4 days on 4 days off (2 x 12 hour days followed by 2 x 12 hour nights, followed by 4 days off).
