Job Description

Salary: £22,500 paLocation: Port TalbotHours: 08.30 - 16:30. Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility.Duration: PermanentBenefits: Annual Leave - 20 days + bank holidays, increasing 1 day per annum to 25 Discretionary annual bonus. Onsite parking. Casual dress code.A market leading manufacturer of speciality chemicals in Port Talbot is recruiting an Internal Sales Coordinator for their busy office to assist & compliment the sales department.As the Internal Sales Coordinator your responsibilities will include: Providing support to the sales team. Ongoing training in the quotation process. Dealing with customer inquiries. Liaising with freight companies to arrange collections & deliveries. Entry of sales orders onto Sage 200 system. Sending documents to customers. Updating company CRM system. Attending weekly internal meetings.Requirements: GCSE Maths & English, grades A-C. Further qualifications in maths / business administration would be a distinct advantage. At lleast 1 year experience in an office-based sales environment. Strong numerical skill Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Accurate and strong administration skills. Excellent attention to detail. Clear and confident communication skills both internally and externally. Delivering exceptional customer service.
