Acorn is currently recruiting for a Trainee Oxy-Propne Burner for an on-going / permanent contract based in Port Talbot Steelworks. Successful applicants will be trained on Oxy Propane cutting equipment.Role requirements:* Previous experience of working in an industrial environment, and some basic mechanical skills* A good level of personal fitness is required* You must have a full UK driving licence* You will also require a CCNSG Site Safety Passport, or the ability to obtain oneWorking hours:* Monday - Friday* 50 hours a week * There may be some overtime requirementsAnnual earning potential in excess of £28,500 per annum (once training has been completed) and quarterly bonuses.If you have the relevant experience, licences and qualifications, please apply with an up to date CV.
