Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service skills and a high attention to detailCapella Professional are looking for an Office Support Administrator to join our Ripley based clients team on a temporary contract to assist in ad-hoc office tasks and sales order processing.The ideal candidate would have proven experience in a customer focused environment and the ability to work to tight deadlines.Specific Responsibilities

  • Collect and input customer orders
  • Control standing orders
  • Process required credits
  • Update customers of order status as and when needed
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
About You:
  • Enjoy being part of a team but can work on own initiative.
  • Professional telephone manager - good communicator
  • Computer literate - Excel and Word.
Additional Info:Hours: 8.30am - 5.00pm, Monday to FridaySalary: £10.00 per hour
