Customer Relations AdvisorMaternity CoverSalary: £21000 - £23000 dependant on experienceReporting to: Head of Customer RelationsMain duties and responsibilities:-To be responsible for ensuring data bases and systems are accurate and up to date (Data Input, CRM System, order processing)-To check and approve orders placed via the clients system-To be the key point of contact for customers in terms of updates (i.e. stock shortages)-To effectively resolve any customer queries and discrepancies, including raising credit requests-To respond to all customer queries (LiveChat enquiries, customer emails and telephone queries) in a professional and timely manner-To provide excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of the customer journey-To work closely with the external sales team in identifying product gaps-To keep the marketing team updated on any significant customer information such as Case Studys and photo opportunities-To ensure customer service levels are maintained consistently by covering team absences (annual leave, sickness etc.)-Working knowledge of the Microsoft package (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)Qualifications: Desirable - Maths and English GCSE Grade C and aboveDesirable- Customer Service related qualification/accreditationExperience and Knowledge:Previous experience in a customer service or B2B role is essentialExperience in a fast-paced industry is desirableWorking knowledge of the Microsoft package (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerpointStaff365 are an employment business and equal opportunities employer.
