You will need to have experience of managing staff and providing support to people with learning disabilities in asupported living setting or similar.You will be responsible for the management, support and training of a team of support workers, enabling them to deliver amazing innovative and creative support to each of the people we support. Through your team you will be responsible for ensuring thatthe outcomes and goals for the people we support can be achieved.You will be responsible for ensuring the location is fully compliant with CQC requirements and meeting all the quality standards expected of person centred support. You will be a key person in working with the local authority and other stakeholders.The role requires you to organise and manage your own time to achieve the requirements of the role and to be proactive and flexible.
