Shift EngineerTaskmaster are currently looking to recruit for a Shift Engineer for one of our well established client’s based within the area of March.The role will operate on an eight-hour x three shift basis (24hr/5 days) with an element of holiday cover and overtime availability.The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and have a right first-time approach to maintenance tasks including using DMAIC problem solving techniques to identify the root cause of an issue, there will be SKOPE to develop and learn new techniqueswithin a dynamic working environment.The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of AC / DC motors and drives, read electrical / pneumatic schematic drawings and have a mechanical understanding of core elements.This role will require a team player but also someone who can carry out maintenance improvement project work alone when required. Experience within the corrugated / printing / packaging industry is preferred but not essential.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years maintenance experience (which can include time spent as an apprentice / trainee) and be qualified to a minimum NVQ 3 in a Maintenance discipline.Working hours:Mon to Fri 06.00-14.00Sun to Thurs 22.00-06.00Mon to Fri 14.00-22.00Salary: £40,082.73 PAPlease apply for full details.Taskmaster Resources LTD is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
