Gas Service and Breakdown Team Leader / EngineerSalary to £36,000 per annum pa + Benefits & Excellent Earning Potential Fully expensed vehicle, uniform, tablet, mobile phone provided.Working location with the PE / CB Postcode areaAn exciting opportunity for qualified Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer / Team Leader to join East Anglias, leading boiler and heating experts.This role will involve taking care of up to twelve Gas Service & Breakdown Engineers, quality control and helping develop and maintain engineer skill and assisting engineers with fault finding on problem jobs.A certain amount of this role may be office based and compiling reports etc. and as well as being a Team Leader, you also carry out assigned reactive emergency work and pre-planned service calls of gas appliances from a wide range of manufacturers.You will be responsible for delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction whilst ensuring compliance with operational and legislative procedures and standards.As the successful candidate you will be a highly competent professional who takes pride in their job, possess excellent customer service skills and a full driving licence.
