Job Description

This company has grown at a fast pace throughout the past 18 months, despite the global pandemic, through continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Service Support Coordinator’ this role will suit an individual with previous experience within a similar position, self-motivated and able to work smoothly and efficiently as well as independently, capable of self-direction, the role is office-based, although flexible working is supported.This would be a great opportunity for someone to get their foot in the door with this genuinely amazing company.Package for the Service Support Co-ordinator:

  • Salary dependant on experience circa £20,000 - £20,800

  • Assist with all administrative tasks and workload
  • Engage positively in the continuous development of the business
  • Scheduling and booking in the Technicians site visits with customers via our software platform
  • Liaising with the Operations Project Manager and booking in the subcontractors site visits
  • Producing quotations and reports for internal use
  • Raising / Closing jobs and uploading documents to the company system.
  • Candidate requirements for the Service Support Co-ordinator:
  • Experience in working in a commercial role dealing with customers.
