Job Description

Senior Meter Data Co-ordinator required for expanding and leading company who have a fantastic working environment and culture.The position is brand new and will suit someone looking to make a position their own and develop as the role progresses within the company.Office based in Rotherham however, the position will be based at home. Occasion visit to the office (under strict Covid regulations) will be required along with some UK travel.Package:

  • £27,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • 21 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 23 days (after 3 years) plus BH

    • Overall, this is a truly exciting and challenging role where the right candidate will benefit from supporting the Operations Manager and Operations Director in transactional elements and market and customer reporting.Overview of the position of Senior Meter Data Co-Ordinator:This is a new opportunity for a highly IT literate service or operations coordinator with experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing high volume activities using subcontract and internal resource.The role will involve managing large numbers of tasks (>1000/mth), a key component of this role is attention to detail, both in managing the data, but ensuring all delivery partners perform within KPIs. The candidate will be expected to report on this at all levels within the company and on occasion at external forums where clients/regulators may be present.Key responsibilities:
  • Managing Meter Read Requirements - ownership and ultimate control in this pivotal element of the business/
  • Assigning Meter Read requests to service providers - inc. multiple service providers and internal staff
  • Overseeing market transactions
  • Complete and set up customer reporting and processes
  • Reporting using BI tools
  • Report on operational outcomes
  • Analysis of market performance
