    • Here’s where you come in:We are seeking a Head of Brand in our Print Division to join our Route 1 team, overseeing the strategy of the brand and delivering it with a really strong team.Our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and we are passionate about always delivering the best possible experience. Your role will be to develop, implement and deliver the Ecommerce plan and targets to drive performance, leading an exciting team and to define the strategy to grow and develop the brand. Lead the wider business marketing plan for B2B.What will the role involveYou should be an experienced e-commerce and B2B person, with a clear understanding of digital marketing and acquisition and able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar sized business your previous roles of increasing traffic, revenue, and conversions.Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for leading the Customer Experience and Brand Management teams to ensure the delivery of the strategic vision for the brand.This role is ultimately responsible for the commercial success of the businesses Print divisionWhat skills and experience are we looking for
  • Ideally Degree level business and management qualifications, or equivalent experience
  • Applied experience of working within an eCommerce and B2B background
  • Expert in developing and cultivating external relationships and proven track record in internal and external stakeholder management
  • Experience in forecasting & budgeting commercial performance
  • Strong Leadership experience to lead a fast-moving team and driving high standards of performance
  • Delivering revenue and profit in accordance to forecast
  • Reporting on performance to the board
  • Grow the brand in both generated revenue and profit
  • Developed both private manufacturing companies and e-commerce companies
  • Working at a senior level in a rapidly growing business
  • Track record of successfully leading senior teams in a fast-moving environment and driving high standards of performance
  • Working knowledge of developing a brand in line with customer expectations, allowing you to drive high performance and support the management team with quality advice, service, and recommendations
  • Excellent IT, Communication and Presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every level
  • A strong desire to challenge, ensuring we always drive to get the most out of all brand activity
