  • Here’s where you come in:We are seeking an accomplished leader of Team Experience (TX) to champion company culture and colleague engagement. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will also be responsible for leading our recruitment, training and TX Admin teams.You will be an experienced, senior HR professional, with experience of working in both manufacturing and office environments. CIPD qualified to level 5 or above (or with equivalent experience), you will also have experience of successfully driving positive company culture and colleague engagement in a rapidly growing business.What Essential Skills are we looking for· CIPD level 5 qualified or above (or equivalent)· Applied experience of developing and driving company culture and team engagement at every level· HR experience developed in both private manufacturing and office environments· Experience of working at a senior level in a rapidly growing business· Track record of successfully managing HR teams, including colleagues working in recruitment, learning and development and administration· Working knowledge of employment law and practical application of all elements of the colleague lifecycle (attraction and recruitment, onboarding and induction, development and retention, separation), allowing you to provide high quality advice, service, and recommendations to management on daily employee relations, absence and performance management issues· Track record of implementing people processes and policies and driving compliance· Experience of supporting managers to recruit, retain, motivate and develop their teams· Excellent IT, Communication and Presentation skills· Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at every levelIt would be advantageous to your application if you have specialised in learning and development previously. Similarly, it would be advantageous if you were level 7 CIPD qualified, although this is not essential.Although initially offered on a fixed term contract basis to cover maternity leave, there is a real opportunity for this contract to be extended or made permanent beyond February 2022 to meet the future needs of our rapidly expanding business (although not necessarily in the same role).
