Are you hungry and driven to achieve targets and ready to capitalise on an uncapped commission structure Are you absolutely fearless in your approach to picking up the phone and generating new business Can you strategically build a self-generated pipelineto maximize your earning potentialIf so, we want to talk to you.We are looking for ambitious and proven New Business Developers with a hunter style mentality as we continue our journey of incredible growth.Join the UKs fastest growing printer and become one of our hugely passionate and motivated team members driven to continue Instantprints rapid growth.With a USP list and service offering that cements us as the UKs leading online print company, the opportunity for success, development and progression is here at Instantprint for the right people.The role;To drive and grow the brands active client base.- Hunt new B2B business opportunities and self-generate a pipeline- Cold calling; making circa 150 outbound calls per day with a 2hr talk time to your identified pipeline.- Closing sales and working with your client through to delivery.- Maintain all sales admin via Salesforce CRM- Quickly build relationships with your identified pipeline to offer solutions and support to fit their needs and work within their budget.- Work with CSM to support with the development and delivery of commercial and sales strategy to drive the business forward in terms of growth, revenue and profits. Identifying opportunities to expand the product range and target markets- Attend networking opportunities both virtually and in person- Collaborate with Marketing & Creative teams to maximise opportunity to achieve targets- Effectively manage internal leads and close the opportunityYou;- Highly driven and ambitious with a "hunter" mentality towards new B2B business and a no fear approach to cold calling- At least 3 years successful track record cold-calling and closing first order sales- Target driven with the ability to create a solid pipeline of prospects- The ability to work independently and have a pro-active attitude- Effective management of your own time to deliver efficiency and effectivenessTo attract the right people, we have an incredible package on offer with huge scope for development and progression;- Basic salary of £23k-28k DOE paid weekly- OTE of £38k+- Uncapped commission- No weekend work.
