Reporting directly to the Senior Management team, the purpose of this role is to; work with other departments, define, agree, and execute the strategy for the brand. You will be responsible for the development and financial performance of the brand. The key responsibilities of this role are detailed below:KPIsActive customersAverage customer valueDepartment Net ProfitYoY Growth - Revenue & ProfitMarketing StrategyCustomer acquisition & retention is critical to the continued growth of the brand, this role is responsible for overseeing the marketing team. Pushing them to design successful campaigns to increase active customers and average customer value. Day to day would involve:Work with marketing team to define strategy and campaignProducing data, reporting and actionable insight around Forward Profit, ROI and LTVSetting marketing budgets based on overall brand strategyOverall objective:To grow the number of active customersTo grow average customer valueProduct StrategyThe brand must develop and maintain a product strategy that helps to drive the brand forward looking at both existing product development and also new products.   • Day to day would involve:Research around customer requirements / market opportunity / competitor analysisLiaising / scoping with department heads i.e. web, artwork, CS, production streamsProducing forecasts for new products as well as existing product volumeProject management for product launches across businessProduce data and actionable insight around product performanceOverall objective:To Increase the range of products availableTo grow average customer valuePricing StrategyThe brand must develop and maintain an effective pricing strategy Pricing strategy must take into account

  • Day to day would involve:Working with pricing executive(s) to establish and maintain a process of reviewing and testing pricing - taking into account variables above.Defining new product pricing strategyEvaluate pricing at a customer lifetime level and developing actionable insights for strategy.Overall objective:To increase revenueTo maintain healthy profitabilityWeb Development StrategyPrimarily determined by acquisition, product and CRM strategyDay to day would involve:Working with department heads to scope, appraise and set priority for projectsRegular review of priority list to ensure development is in line with brand strategySetting level of resource based on overall brand strategyOverall objective:To constantly develop the E-Commerce platformTo ensure a positive ROI from development costKey Skills An excellent commercial understanding of profit & loss measures.An ability to make reasoned and measured commercial decisionsA strong attention to detailA deep understanding of E-CommerceExcellent leadership & Management skillsA strong desire to challenge, ensuring we always drive to get the most out of all brand activityThe CompanyOur combined office and production facilities are located in Wath Upon Dearne which is located close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster.
