Mansfield District Council has an exciting opportunity available for a Temporary Senior HR Adviser to join the team based in Mansfield. As a Temporary Senior HR Adviser you will join on a full-time fixed term contract until 30th November 2023 and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of Up to £42,614 per annum.Mansfield is a great place to work, we offer great benefits including a very generous holiday entitlement, up to 36 days per year, local government pension and hybrid and flexible working.The Temporary Senior HR Adviser Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional, who can hit the ground running, to join a team undertaking a number of transformational projects within the HR service and providing operational support to two complex and changing organisations,working at pace.What were looking for in our Temporary Senior HR Adviser:We are looking for a highly driven, passionate, and proactive, HR practitioner. You will have experience in a wide range of people management skills including ER, recruitment and employment law. You will be a self-starter and thrive on engaging, inspiringand developing others. You are driven to make things better, to create a truly engaging place to work for all.You will be CIPD qualified and be able to form effective working relationships youll bring a proven track record in delivering an excellent HR service and leading a team. Operationally astute you will also have the ability to see the bigger picture andplan to achieve it.
