Job Description

Family Solicitor or Legal Executive required for well-established firm on a full-time permanent basis in Nottinghamshire.This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 years experience who has bespoke client care skills and the desire to grow their own caseload. To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.Responsibilities

  • Taking instructions and advising clients
  • Divorce
  • Financial issues
  • Private and public funded matters
  • Drafting documentation and statements
  • Will use a CCMS for applications, amendments, and billing
  • Client representation in court
  • Attendance at advocates and professional meetings
  • Participating business development activities
The Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2 years PQE in family law
  • Has a desire for professional development
  • Strives for high standards in their work
  • Good organisational, time management and IT skills are necessary
  • Possess an empathetic and compassionate approach
  • Is proactive with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
  • Great attention to detail
