Job Description

Are you a persuasive communicator who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful distribution business who are part of an impressive £1 billion turnover group.Role ResponsibilitiesThe business youll be joining sell quality cable ties, cable termination and interface products to clients such as wholesalers, manufacturers and engineering firms. With over 50 years of experience, they are well-respected in their industry and pride themselveson building long-lasting relationships with their customers.Working in Telesales, you will:

  • Boost trading accounts by conducting outbound sales calls from a database of qualified leads
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs to earn lucrative bonuses
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales strategies and provide feedback
