You willbe given an in depth induction and help towards obtaining your Care Certificate.About the serviceMidworth Street is a mental health service which provides housing and support for adults who are over eighteen with a mental health diagnosis, throughout Mansfield and Ashfield. The service is split across three large town houses each containing thirteenindividual rooms, with all three houses having shared communal space allowing the service room to provide a safe, and engaging space to support tenants.The service provides support to enable individuals to develop their skills for independence by supporting tenants to make budgeting claims, access education and develop relationships with services such as housing official and social services.What will you be doingYou will be working closely with our fantastic and well-established team to support tenants at the project, key working with tenants and creating and maintaining tailored support plans once you are settled in.
