Job Profile for Site Manager - SW190793Our client, a Main Contractor, are seeking a Site Manager to work on a residential scheme based in Mansfield with further schemes ranging from Nottingham to Leeds. The project is due to start within the next month and our client are looking for a Site Managerto work as number one on site, the project is a Greenfield site with 60 houses of mixed tenure to be built.It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have prior experience working as a Site Manager on residential developments and will be happy to work as number one on site managing all aspects while reporting to the construction director.
