Job Description

Role Service Delivery Executive -Ecommerce Salary: Flexible Dependant on experiance Location: MansfieldWe are looking for a Service Delivery Executive for a large Mansfield based company working within a busy fast paced Ecommerce department.Working closely with the ecommerce lead, you will be responsible for managing SME clients and their work through our business and will be the key client contact.The successful candidate for the Service Delivery Executive will have experience working within an Ecommerce environment the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders.The role will also involve.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for SME clients
  • Creating, reviewing, and updating standard operating procedures
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders including customer service, finance, IT and operations in order to implement and manage.
  • Managing meeting, KPIs and support tickets
  • Preparing reports
The ideal candidate will have experience within service delivery within a ecommerce environment as well as:
  • Experience of Account management or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with data sets and make informed recommendations.
  • Being aware of new ideas and developing trends
  • Experience of using CRM systems
  • Experience handling clients who sell products via online sales platforms such as Shopify, Magento and BigCommerce would be an advantage.
