Job Description

� Passionate and Dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant �Are you ready to make a significant impact on a childs educational journey We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring 1:1 Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide dedicated support to a child in Year 1 with autism.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support to a child in Year 1 with autism
  • Assist in the implementation of personalised education plans
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a tailored learning experience
  • Support the child in developing essential life skills and social interactions
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Relevant experience working with children with autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a compassionate approach
  • Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
